LabSourced reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

All products sold by LabSourced are intended strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not for human consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic use, or veterinary purposes.

By purchasing from LabSourced, you agree and confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are qualified and authorized to handle research compounds.
• You understand all materials are sold solely for lawful research applications.
• You will not administer, ingest, or apply any products to humans or animals.
• You assume full responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and use of all materials purchased.

Any misuse of our products violates these Terms and may result in legal consequences.

LabSourced makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, labeling, and purity data are accurate and current.

Each batch is verified through independent, third-party testing (HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR) to confirm purity, identity, and molecular integrity.

However, we make no express or implied warranties regarding:

• The completeness or accuracy of information provided,
• The suitability of a product for a specific research application, or
• Any results obtained from the use of our materials.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for informational purposes and transparency only.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as:

• Pricing or listing errors,
• Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity, or
• Compliance or regulatory concerns.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payments must be made using approved, secure methods displayed at checkout.

LabSourced ships exclusively within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, transit times vary based on carrier and destination (usually 2–5 business days).

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or package loss after dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided once available.

All risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

Due to the nature of research-grade materials, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds for any reason other than verified shipment errors or damage.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@labsourced.com with:

• Order number,
• Description of the issue, and
• Clear photos of the affected items and packaging.

After verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Under no circumstances shall LabSourced, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or misuse of any product,
• Errors or omissions in product labeling or descriptions,
• Shipping delays or loss, or
• Breach of these Terms.

All products are sold “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By purchasing from LabSourced, Buyer expressly represents, warrants, and acknowledges that:

• Buyer is a qualified research professional, licensed scientist, or otherwise affiliated with a legitimate research institution with the training, knowledge, and authorization required to safely handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals and peptides;
• Buyer is at least 21 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• All products purchased will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes and will not be administered to humans or animals, used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, resold for consumption, or used in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LabSourced, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and payment processors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:

(a) Buyer’s purchase, use, misuse, handling, storage, transportation, or disposal of any product; (b) Buyer’s breach of these Terms or any representation or warranty made herein; (c) Buyer’s violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (d) Any injury, illness, or harm — whether to persons, animals, or property — resulting from Buyer’s use of the products; or (e) Any chargeback, fraudulent payment, or claim made by Buyer in bad faith.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of this agreement and Buyer’s relationship with LabSourced.

By purchasing from LabSourced, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LabSourced, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your purchase, handling, or misuse of our products.

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.

It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase and use of research materials.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, trademarks, and logos — is the property of LabSourced or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your personal information. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

LabSourced may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Any data collected in the course of an order or product inquiry is used solely to support lawful research commerce and compliance processes.
